                    AFAVD (American Friends of African Vocational Development) is a noble initiative dedicated to                     
                    empowering communities through skills training and professional education. By fostering connections

                    between America and Africa, AFAVD provides hope, opportunities, and tangible support to youth and

                    disadvantaged groups. Its commitment to development reflects a deep sense of solidarity, compassion,

                     and a belief in the transformative power of education.

                   We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection, assistance, and reintegration

                      of war-displaced persons.  To offer displaced individuals a new beginning through: 

                    - Reception and psychological and social support

                    - Vocational training (sewing, carpentry, agriculture, computer skills, etc.)

                    - Literacy and education for children and adults

                    - Humanitarian assistance (food, basic medical care, clothing)

                    - Raising awareness about human rights and peace

                    - Support for economic and social reintegration

                      Our mission is to collaborate with local partners in Africa to provide essential training, social services,

                    education and vocational programs. Through our initiatives, we aim to empower individuals and

                    communities, fostering growth and self-sufficiency. Together, we work towards creating a brighter future

                     for all, promoting skills development and sustainable practices:

                - Provide humanitarian assistance aimed at promoting the community development and vocational

                          training in Africa.

                     - Design, initiate, and implement micro-investment projects to encourage socio-economic development.

                     - Promote access to healthcare and family planning services.

                     - Advocate for environmental protection and establish programs to provide

                         vocational training and civic education centers.
